Mary Ellen's is a new neighborhood bar opening in Key West that needed an identity. I was told it needed to reflect their authentic and vintage style, so I drew inspiration from the old 1950's advertisements that always had sketches of women smiling. So I turned the photo I was given of Mary Ellen herself, into a vintage sketch for the logo. I then created different logo variations, laid out food menus, beer lists, created cup designs, flyers, and shirt designs.

Mary Ellen's Bar is a neighborhood dive bar and late night eatery.

For the logo, they wanted to have the one and only Mary Ellen as the face of the brand. From her photo I was able to come up with a sketch of her. Working with Wonderdog Studios, we then created the full logo, food / drink menus, advertisements, flyers, signage, distressed shirt designs, and coupons.
